I am Parviz Rahmati, an attorney-at-law based in Tehran, with an academic
and professional focus on economic and commercial law.

I hold a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Allameh Tabataba’i
University, where I graduated as the top-ranked student and received
recognition for academic excellence. My professional experience has been
developed through working on complex legal matters, particularly in the fields
of commercial transactions, corporate disputes, economic crimes, and financial
and contractual matters.

My approach to legal practice is based on precision, analytical thinking,
careful examination of facts and documents, and a deep understanding of the
